"Issues Faced"
To start off, there's no option on your website to input a VAT ID. I've emailed three times to make it clear that we need an invoice. Also, for an order around 1000 €, we ended up paying 400 € in customs. I get that this isn't directly your issue, but it’s not obvious that you’re based in the UK when you first look at your site. Thanks.

Super responsive and helpful (even on Instagram), the shipping delay for the touchboard was a bit lengthy, but it’s functioning perfectly. The packaging was great too, simple and informative (with clear instructions inside).

"Lack of Support from Customer Service"
Hey there,
I've got a few items stuck at Customs, and I can't seem to reach anyone to get this sorted out. No replies to my emails and no one picks up the phone.
Customer service is just terrible!!!
My stuff has been held up at Customs for over a week now.
After your response yesterday on Trustpilot, we haven't seen any action from your side to fix this issue. We really need the documents to get our products imported.
A shipment from order #2504 is on its way.
Please lend a hand as soon as you can.

"Item didn't make it to my location"
The item never showed up in my country. I opted for standard shipping, and since it didn't come, they mentioned sending a replacement with tracking. However, I still haven't received the tracking code for the new order.

"Awesome product at an awesome price!"
I’m employed at a science center in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. For several years, I’ve been involved with touch exhibits. This touch board you offer is fantastic and saves me a ton of time and cash compared to building from the ground up. It’s a top-notch and user-friendly board that really makes me happy. I’ll surely be purchasing more boards for upcoming projects. So far, while testing this board for an exhibit I’m working on, it’s functioning flawlessly. No letdowns here, great work Bare Conductive!
